Myo Mark offers habit elimination programs as well as a range of Myofunctional Therapy treatment plans that are individualized for each patient depending on their needs.

At Myo Mark we strive to provide the best possible care for our patients. We start with an assessment with a flat fee of 150 dollars for a 90 minute appointment. Your full treatment plan cost will be based off of your or your child's needs. Additional treatment costs for supplies may apply based off of the treatment plan.

Myo Mark does not accept insurance plans at this time.
